Getting a response from buyer depends on many factors, some of which are listed below. Did you take the time to frame a proper message that includes a brief background about yourself and the product you want to sell? Did you offer competitive pricing? Does your product origin match the region from which buyer wants to purchase the product? Do you have the required certifications that the buyer is looking for? Are you a Gold/Silver member? Is your profile on go4WorldBusiness complete with all details and has the verified badge thus displaying trust? Did you respond to the buyer on time or did many other sellers respond to the buyer before you? All of these factors go into eliciting a response from a buyer and suppliers who tick all the above boxes find the most success on our website.

[Cust Support] Do I need to submit my company documents to become a free or premium member?

Yes, it is in your best interest to get your go4WorldBusiness account verified by providing your company proof. Getting your profile verified increases your credibility among your competitors in search listings as well as category pages. This in turn ensures you receive more direct inquiries from buyers who search for your product. It is extremely easy for you to get your account verified. Just send us an email (to: go4help@go4worldbusiness.com) with the subject - "Account Verification Documents for [insert your Log in ID here]". In the email, attach the following documents: Your company registration/incorporation certificate Your company address proof. e.g. An utility bill, phone bill or a bank statement clearly showing your address Your government issued photo ID. e.g. Passport or Driver's license

[Cust Support] How will I receive contact details of buyers on the buying leads once I become a Gold/Silver member

Our Premium members (Gold or Silver) can gain access to a buyer's contact details, such as phone number and email address, by responding to the buying leads posted on our website. When you respond to a lead, by clicking the "Inquire Now" link, with your price quotation, the buyer receives your response on his email and simultaneously you receive a system generated email with the buyer's contact information. Every buying inquiry posted on go4WorldBusiness comes complete with details of the buyer's requirements and also their email address and phone number. At times a buyer may specify that they do not want their phone or email exposed, in which case, these details might be absent, to protect the buyer's privacy. But, such leads are very few in number. Caution: When you respond to a buying lead, please ensure you include a quotation for the product the buyer wants to purchase. This message should contain your offer price, quantity available/production capacity, product origin, certifications available and a short description about your company and its past experience. Short one liner messages such as "I can supply" or "Please let me know your requirement details" or "Send me your email" get classified as SPAM and do not get delivered to the buyer. Sending SPAM or otherwise meaningless messages can and do attract administrative action including your account getting suspended without any refund.
